Do you use rhinestone sheets?

Absolutely not! Each rhinestone is individually hand-placed on your product.

Can I purchase the item I see on your website?

It depends.  Items that are pre-made and ready to ship will have ready to ship in the title of the item.  They can also be found by clicking on the Ready to Ship tab on the website.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on your purchase.  If you purchase an in-stock item, your order will ship within 3-5 business days. 

If you purchase a custom item, please refer to the item's description to see production time.  Work on your order will not begin until payment is received in full. Peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas will have an increased production time.

Can you custom make an item especially for me? Absolutely! If you want your item to have your name or initials, represent your sorority or fraternity, your company logo, or any other idea, we will work together to create the design you are looking for.  You can schedule a consultation by making that selection under the custom order tab.

What is the process for ordering a custom item?

Please go to the custom order page to tell me about your idea. I will contact you within 24-48 business hours if any clarification about your order is needed.  You also have the option of scheduling a consultation to discuss your idea with me over the phone.  Please select consultation under the custom order tab to schedule a call.

Work on your order will not begin until payment is received in full.

Do you accept partial payments?

We do not accept partial payments.  However we do accept Sezzle, ZipPay (formerly Quadpay), and Affirm which all offers a buy now, pay later option.  You can choose one of these companies at checkout to split your payment into installments.  Your installment agreement will be between you and whichever company you choose and you will make payments directly to them. Minimum spending amounts may apply.

I need my order rushed.  Will I get my item(s) in time?

We do not accept rush orders. Current production time for tumblers is 3-4 weeks from the time your payment is received in full. Please refer to the item's description to see production times for other items.

Can I wash my product in the dishwasher?

No.  All rhinestoned items must be hand washed and air dried.

How will my order be shipped?

All rhinestoned item orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Your order is sent priority mail with insurance and a tracking number.  When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow your order until it arrives.  

All other orders will be shipped via the method you choose during the checkout process.

I'm local to the Atlanta, GA area.  Can I pick up my purchase in person?

Local pickups are currently unavailable at this time.  All items will be shipped.  We will post a message on our website and in our Facebook group once local pickups resume.

I'm having a girls' trip and want items made to commemorate the occasion.  Can you make our items?

Absolutely!  If you need custom items made for your girls' trip, please schedule a consultation to give me more details of what you're looking for!

Multiple items in a single order will require a longer production time than what is listed in the item's description and will be discussed during your consultation.

What type of rhinestones do you use?

We use high-quality glass and resin rhinestones for our products.  Please refer to the item's description to see which stone may be used.

Are your tumblers double- or single-walled?

All blinged tumblers are made with double-walled acrylic or stainless steel tumblers.  

Can I put hot and cold drinks in my cup?

Your stainless steel tumbler or flask can hold hot and cold beverages.

Your acrylic tumbler can hold cold beverages.

Your coffee/tea mug can hold hot and cold beverages.

Your wine glass can hold cold beverages.
